1. Is everything you sell factory sealed with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes!  Everything we sell is brand new, in a factory fresh box, and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.  The item you will be purchasing is no different then the exact same item you would purchase from your local vendor.  Beware of the many online vendors that will attempt to sell you items that are already included in a factory sealed box.

2. Do you have any additional insurance fees, add ons, or hidden fees?
NO!  We do not charge our customers for insurance.  Everything we ship is already fully insured.  We have no hidden fees or gimmicks that you might read about in some other vendors' reviews.  What we advertise is what you pay!

3. If my item arrives damaged what do I have to do and am I covered?
We at Appliance Best Buys do our utmost to insure your items arrive safely and in a timely matter.  If, unfortunately, your product arrives in a damaged shipping container, please inspect immediately and refuse the delivery if there is any further item damage.  If you open the product and then realize it is damaged, please contact us immediately.  Our customer service department will make all necessary arrangements to have your item picked up and then exchanged for a new one.

4. When will my item ship and when will I receive it?
All sales take approximately 24 to 48 business hours to process and ship.  Depending on where it is going and the particular item, exact delivery times will vary.  Please call our toll free number and speak to a sales representative for more details.

5. Do we price match with competitors that have lower ratings then us?
Most online vendors will advertise items at a lower price just to compel you to call them or to place an order with them online.  We will often price match our competitors, so why not call a reputable 5 Star Yahoo Store first?  Remember that many online vendors will not ship your item without those high priced insurance fees and hidden fees.  Our sales team will be more then happy to try and match ANY vendor!  Keep in mind that though we at times are slightly more expensive then some competitors, our reviews are excellent, our service impeccable, and we guarantee hassle free and worry free shopping.

6. When do you charge my credit card?
We never charge your credit card until your item is shipped.  Once an item is shipped you will be sent a notification email with tracking information at no extra charge.  In the case of a backorder your credit card will never be charged until we ship.  Once your item comes back in stock we will call you to confirm the order.  Only upon your approval and consent, we will charge and ship your item.

7. Do you have in store or  local pickups available?
We may!  We have 6 retails in the NY area and several warehouses throughout the United States.  Please call and speak to a sales associate for more details.  Many times the item you are looking for is available for local pickup!

8. What is your refund or return policy?
We offer a 7 day return policy on all defective merchandise that entitles you to an immediate exchange for the same, exact item.  Please note that in order to receive proper dispensation for your defective item, an RMA is required.  Also, please note that we do not issue refunds on televisions, but we do offer our 7 day exchange policy.

9. Do you ship out the product if we do not purchase any add on accessories?
Of course we do! We realize that many online vendors will not ship unless you order their over priced warranties and accessories.  Of course we greatly rely on selling accessories and we greatly appreciate the business.  That is why all our accessories and service plans are priced competitively (just like our merchandise).  Please ask a sales representative for discounts on Consumer Reports recommended accessories for our first time customers!

10. How long have you been in business for?
We have been in the retail business for 14 years now with great success and on the web for 3 years with even greater success.  When you purchase from Appliance Best Buys you know you can shop with confidence and security knowing that we have been in business for many years and intend to remain in business for many more.  We are no “Fly By Night” enterprise.
